Who We Are

Paul

Paul has been working in leadership development for over 20 years. He is an experienced administrator, facilitator, and leadership coach with a deep commitment to helping individuals and organizations grow. With over 11,000 hours of experience serving small (<20) and mid-sized (<150) groups, he brings a rare blend of insight, adaptability, and presence to every engagement.
Paul has worked across nonprofit and for-profit sectors—including healthcare, marketing, business, and education—and has led more than a hundred wilderness-based leadership expeditions, where decision-making under stress has real-world consequences.
He has a knack for asking the right question—in just the right way, at just the right moment. He listens deeply, then names what others might be hesitant to speak. This rare gift often sparks insight, clarity, and forward momentum for individuals and organizations alike.
Originally from South Central Pennsylvania, Paul has also called Texas and Chicago home. When he's not working with leaders or teams, he’s likely training for his next big adventure race.

Heather

Heather is an operations expert with over 15 years of experience creating human-centered systems that foster connection and efficiency. She has streamlined operations for diverse groups, from performing arts centers and historians' conferences to international nonprofits and local community organizations. Known for her ability to see the human side of corporate dynamics, Heather ensures that the people within organizations are empowered to thrive.
Her approach combines a deep understanding of operational strategy with a passion for creating environments where individuals feel valued and heard. Heather’s unique perspective stems from her childhood in an Army family, where she lived in six different places before the age of twelve. This experience sparked a lifelong love for meeting new people, building relationships, and fostering inclusive spaces.
When she’s not optimizing systems or working with teams, Heather is usually hosting friends at home, enjoying podcasts, or managing the social lives of her three teenagers.
